Mooz-lum is an independent film that was released today in select AMC theaters. This film focuses on the life of a young Muslim boy battling familial, cultural and political issues while coming of age post 9/11. The film is dripping with celebrity crediting Nia Long, Danny Glover and Evan Ross as some of its leading actors. Isn't it refreshing to see a film about Islam that includes black people?
If you are in the DE/PA/NJ area, the closest film viewing is at the AMC Theater at Franklin Mills Mall. If you are anything like us, you will be in the building tomorrow with tickets in hand, ready to see this groundbreaking film.
